The world is changing.
Is your business ready for what’s next?

AI, new competitors, and shifting customer expectations are changing how businesses operate. Decide where to invest, what to improve, and how to measure the return.

I work with business owners and leaders to find where profit, time, and opportunity are being lost—and build a practical plan to improve performance. I bring business analysis, applied AI, and technology leadership together to make changes that fit your operations and help your team succeed.

Start with the business problem

Understand what’s working.
Uncover what’s holding you back.

If these challenges sound familiar, a structured review can help establish what is happening and where to act.

Sales are up. Margins aren’t.

Examine pricing, product mix, purchasing, labor, and overhead to understand where earnings are being absorbed.

Too much depends on you.

Look at recurring bottlenecks, unclear responsibilities, repeated work, and decisions that keep returning to the owner.

Know your next move—and what it will take.

Evaluate growth opportunities and new technology with a clear understanding of the costs, resources, and expected benefits.

Measure. Monitor. Manage.

Understand the problem. Know what fixing it will take. Track whether the changes are working.

The review examines your financial performance, operating processes, competitive position, and technology together—so recommendations address the causes of problems and the financial case for change.

01 / Measure

Establish the facts.

Examine financial performance, margins, cash flow, operating processes, and competitive position. Establish a baseline and quantify the gaps, causes, and opportunities.

02 / Monitor

Make progress visible.

Define the measures that matter. Review actual performance against the plan each month, track implementation costs, and distinguish projected benefits from realized results.

03 / Manage

Turn insight into action.

Assign priorities, responsibilities, budgets, and milestones. Work with leadership to address obstacles, make decisions, and adjust the plan as conditions change.

What the business review delivers

A financial case.
A practical roadmap.

  • A clear diagnosis of performance gaps, their underlying causes, and where competitors may have an advantage.
  • Prioritized recommendations with estimated financial impact, implementation costs, resource needs, and key assumptions.
  • A near-term action plan and, where included in the scope, a three- to five-year roadmap with milestones and decision points.
  • A performance scorecard and agreed review schedule to track implementation and measure results.

Applied AI · Technology integration · Business change

AI that fits your business.
Change your people can work with.

I help identify where AI and automation can make a useful difference, then plan how to integrate them into your existing processes and systems. The goal is better performance with clear responsibilities, manageable disruption, and a team prepared to use the solution.

01 / Find the right opportunity

Start with the outcome.

Identify where AI or automation could reduce repeated work, improve decisions, or strengthen the customer experience. Assess feasibility, data readiness, costs, and expected benefit before choosing a solution.

02 / Fit the way you work

Fit the solution to your operations.

Design the solution around existing workflows and systems, with clear data permissions, human review, and responsibilities. Pilot changes in a defined area to identify friction before a wider rollout.

03 / Make adoption stick

Bring people with you.

Plan training, handoffs, and phased adoption. Track results against an agreed baseline, listen to the team, and adjust the process so the change supports day-to-day work and business goals.

Measure. Monitor. Manage. Set the goal, test the approach, and track the results.
